• Started from single room at G.E.Road campus and now it is spread over three Halls at the newly constructed campus at Nava Raipur.
• This Library system endeavours to facilitate the students, faculties and researchers in their research pursuits and study purposes.
• The library system comprises of main library, Electronics Resources Library and Theses & Dissertation libraries.

• Library is part of institution since its inception.
• Library has very rich collection of electronic books and journals on various branches of knowledge.
• Serving as the nerve centre of the University.
• Large number of  books are housed in the library and also hosted on web application
• Library has good number of  electronic research journals and databases . 

• Provide accessibility to information in a well-organized and coherent manner.
• Cultivate reading habit among students and teaching community.
• Develop an efficient and effective University library which is adaptable to the changing academic environment during Pandemic and new normal situations
• Providing facilities and services for teaching community and students to discover  information and use them according to their needs.

• Always carry identity card while visiting the library.
• Borrowed books are not transferable. It is the borrower’s responsibility to replace damaged or lost books or pay the penal cost.
• Current journals, Back Volumes, Theses, Dissertations and Reference books are not issued.
• Mobile phones inside the library are to be switched off or kept in silent mode.
